Qatar-Finland International School (Q.F.I.) is a vibrant, warm, and truly international learning community for students aged 4 to 18. Operated by EduCluster Finland since 2014, the school is built on a strong partnership between Qatar and Finland, combining the excellence of the Finnish National Core Curriculum with meaningful local adaptations to the Qatari context. The language of instruction for all grade levels is English.

Team of 85 international educators, including 50 teachers from Finland, works together to support every student’s holistic wellbeing and the development of the competencies they need for the future.

The following positions are available

  • Early childhood education and care (ECEC) teacher  (Kindergarten 1-2)
  • Class teachers for Primary School (grades 1–6)
  • Math, Physics & Chemistry Teacher for High School and Middle School (Candidates with subject combinations and qualifications in any of the three subjects are strongly encouraged to apply. Teaching allocation can be arranged based on individual strengths and experience.)

Required qualification

  • Early childhood education and care teachers: relevant teaching qualification from a Finnish university
  • Class and subject teachers: Official teacher qualification from a Finnish university
