Dear Client,

EduCluster Finland takes data protection and your privacy seriously. We want that you are aware of how we process your personal information. The key elements of your personal data processing are:

  1. Your personal information will only be used to provide our services to you.
  2. In case the provision of our services includes third parties, we need to transfer the necessary personal data to those third parties included. Typically, these third parties include external experts, travel service providers and educational institutions we co-operate with. We will not transfer your personal information to any third parties which are not directly connected to provision of our services to you.
  3. As EduCluster experts having necessary expertise may be based outside European Union, we might need to transfer your information to countries where EduCluster has a subsidiary, branch or a representative office. These countries are Qatar, United Arab Emirates and China. The transfer will only be made if we consider that it would be beneficial for your organization to utilize our expertise outside EU.
  4. We remove unnecessary personal information of our clients every three years. Any personal information which is needed for a specific purpose such as travelling to Finland will be deleted within six months after this purpose has been completed.
