The board of EduCluster Finland, the leading education export company of Finland, has appointed MSc (Econ.) Jyrki Saarivaara as the new CEO. Saarivaara will start in the new position immediately, on 17 November 2016.
Jan-Markus Holm is stepping down from his position as EduCluster Finland CEO on 13 July 2016. Mr. Holm and the EduCluster Finland Board of Directors have come to a joint agreement on the matter. The company’s CFO Kati Kovanen will take on the role of Interim CEO.
The University of Jyväskylä and Ton Duc Thang University (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
Ton Duc Thang University is especially interested in cooperating in the fields of Education and Teacher Training. The University intends to set up the Vietnam–Finland Elementary and High School on their campus in cooperation with Finnish education experts. The Finnish consortium includes EduCluster Finland, FCG Finnish Consulting Group and Wise Consulting Finland Oy.
EduCluster Finland team is happy to start the Chinese New Year 2016, Year of the Monkey, with good news from Shanghai. Our team has grown with Amy Qian, Manager of China Operations. We also have a new address, since our Shanghai office has moved to Finchi Innovation Center in January. We are looking forward to this year of adventure!

The 2015-2016 academic year has started in the Qatar-Finland International School embracing 3 E’s - Engagement, Enjoyment and Enthusiasm. The staff of 50 people from Finland and other countries have welcomed 300 pupils, which is a 200% rise on the previous year.
